How to Enroll for a New Aadhar Card

  1. Locate an Aadhar Enrollment Centre

Documents Required for Child Aadhaar (CARECSON Enrollment)

For children below 5 years of age, Aadhaar is issued based on documents of the parent/guardian:

For Children Aged 0–5 Years:
  • Birth Certificate or hospital discharge slip

  • No biometric data is collected (only photo)

For Children Aged 5–17 Years:
  • Birth Certificate

  • School ID or Bonafide Certificate with photograph

How to Download e-Aadhaar Card Online

Method 1: Download e-Aadhaar by Aadhaar Number
  1. Visit the official UIDAI website:
    https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in

  2. Select the option “Aadhaar Number” under the “I Have” section.

  3. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.

  4. Enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.

  5. Click on “Send OTP” to receive a one-time password on your registered mobile number.

  6. Enter the OTP received and click “Verify & Download”.

  7. Your e-Aadhaar PDF will be downloaded.

Method 2: Download e-Aadhaar by Enrollment ID (EID)
  1. Go to: https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in

  2. Choose the “Enrollment ID (EID)” option.

  3. Enter your 14-digit EID number and Date-Time Stamp (found on the acknowledgment slip).

  4. Complete the captcha and click on “Send OTP”.

  5. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile and click “Verify & Download”.
