Minimum Attendance Requirement
Students must maintain at least 75% attendance in their respective classes to be eligible for the board examinations.
In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or participation in national/international events, schools may grant relaxation upon submission of valid supporting documents.

Passing Marks Criteria
To pass, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject.
For subjects with both theory and practical components, students must obtain 33% marks separately in both parts.

Internal Assessments
Students must secure a grade above ‘E’ in all internal assessments.
Failure to meet this requirement may result in the withholding of external examination results by CBSE.

Compartment Examinations
Students who fail in one or two subjects are eligible to appear for the compartment exams, which are scheduled to be held in July or August 2025.

Subject Selection Guidelines
Students must finalize their subject choices during the submission of the List of Candidates (LOC).
Changes in subject choices after LOC submission are generally not permitted.
